Fr Antonio will be ordained to the Sacred Priesthood by the Bishop of Fulham. First Holy Mass Sunday 5th July | 5:00pm St Michael’s, Croydon We also warmly invite you to join Fr Antonio as he celebrates the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for the first time, with all the rites and ceremonies of a newly ordained priest. Ordinations are deeply moving and powerful moments in the life of the Church, and we would love for you to be part of this occasion. It typically takes place on the Spring Bank Holiday (the last Monday in May) each year, featuring distinct events at both the Anglican and Catholic Shrines. The National Pilgrimage is split between two primary sites in the Norfolk village of Walsingham:The Anglican Shrine: The event centers around the Spring Bank Holiday (the last Monday in May), drawing upwards of 1,500 pilgrims. Festivities feature a morning procession from the ruined Abbey grounds through the village, concluding with open-air concelebrated masses, sermons, and benediction.
